Terms & Conditions

• Drivers must be at least 18 years of age and hold a current full drivers license
• Number of persons on board must not excceed 10 (Maritime Regulation)
• Boarding time is 2.00pm and disembarkation is 10.00am, unless other arrangements are made at time of booking (late returns incur $50/half hour)
• No pets, firearms, axes, chainsaws, loose fuel, trail bikes or alike permitted onboard
• Full instructions provided upon boarding for safe operation and driving of Stargazer
• Booking deposit is required and payable within seven (7) days of reservation to confirm booking
• Balance of hire to be paid minimum of six (6) weeks prior to departure date
• Security Bond is payable at time of departure and will be returned less cost of petrol, oil and gas if Stargazer is returned on time and in a good clean condition
• If damage or loss of items have occurred to any property aboard Stargazer, the security bond will be held until the damage and/or replacement value has been assessed
• If the damage and/or replacement is less than the security bond, the difference will be refunded, or if damage is in excess of security bond, the person making the booking will be responsible for the debt
• Damaged or lost property will be replaced at replacement cost 
• Fuel is the hirers expense, Stargazer is provided full on departure and refuelled upon return
• Navigation at night is strictly prohibited, call out for negligence will be charged accordingly
• Cancellation fee of $200 is payable, in the event of a cancellation within six (6) weeks of the hire date, we reserve the right not to refund deposits, subject to being able to re-hire
• We agree to have Stargazer in good working order but will not be obliged to compensate the hirers for any loss of time or misfortune due to mechanical failure
